SCAMMERSSCAMMERS. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. They are very dishonest and hide behind religion. It is so sad. They do not know TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not want to return/exchange/provide store credit for products I purchased online that didn’t fit me. I literally took the merchandise to the store the day after I received it and no help or anything was done to assist me. They stated policy was not to accept a return when I had done a return the week prior. They accused us of harassment for wanting to speak to a manager or customer service representative so that I can escalate my situation and attain assistance. Spoke to various people over the phone for a long duration of time who kept giving me the run around stating no managers are on site, a manager will call you, we understand you and want to help. In the end it was all bullshit and lies. They lead you on to then stop answering your calls and basically tell you to deal with your situation. “Sell your merchandise on facebook marketplace” that was their solution. So if I purchase something online (I don’t want it, size doesn’t fit, etc) and I cant return it or exchange it or get store credit, what kind of policy is this? A scammers policy. Very disrespectful business please see images attached for validation on what I stated above. Please do not support them and spread the word. I don’t want anybody else experiencing such a terrible experience with this business.
